Jessica Kohr Krakow settled in Santa Fe 1981 with her birth family from Lancaster PA. She attended SFHS and Colorado Springs School and got her GED in 1982. She received an AA from SFCC and in 1995, with her infant son looking on, a Bachelors of University Studies from UNM. She and her husband married in Galisteo, NM in 1994 and were blessed again, with a daughter in 1996. Jessica began her career niche designing, producing and editing the Changing Nightmares into Dreams program. She and Barry have collaborated on many projects since including the SWEET (Sleep, Wake Education, Evaluation and Treatment) project, a research protocol for the Assessment & Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Adolescents with Depression and Suicidality. She currently serves on the board of NM Coalition for Suicide Prevention and looks forward to this year’s Out of the Darkness Walk and dancing in The Nutcracker with her family.
